Good location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, special price, comfy rooms, strategic location

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was good and clean! A negative point was: there were only three elevators! I have to wait 12 minutes for an elevator. Breakfast can be better! For dinner and lunch was quite expensive.

The venue is situated only 1 mile from mall panakkukang. In general, the hotel was very clean...

This place is a great spot for a city break with access to a pool making it perfect for your vacation.

Most of the staff are very good and the room is nice + free internet is always welcome.

1, Not a very good check in procedure..I have been there before but each time the check in process takes so long... 2, The Bell Boys cant be found when your ready to leave so I must carry my own luggage..Its no problem but they miss out on a nice tip 3, Our Door Band on the roof of the nightclub??? Right outside my window?? Who's Idea was that??? Not a good idea Team....

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable experience it provided. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were always available at the 24-hour reception and provided excellent room service.

The parking for non, hotel guests was costly, and sometimes we were charged extra for drop, offs, making it inconvenient for taxi drivers.

This hotel has great amenities including a beautiful pool and gym facilities. the location is conveniently located near several key business areas and easily accessible from the airport. the complimentary breakfast spread is delicious and diverse, catering to both Western and Asian tastes.

The check-in process could have been smoother and the staff seemed a bit disorganized at times. the rooms were a bit noisy and could use some soundproofing.
